The drop-in classes offer you the opportunity to try mindfulness practices for the first time or to top up your own personal practice.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MB-CBT) is a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that integrates mindfulness as a central part of the practice.  Mindfulness is a non-judgmental, present moment awareness.
We run taster days, where we run a number of classes throughout the day.  Please fill out the referral form if you wish to receive details on the latest days or details on how we can help you.
Bespoke Workplace Courses
We can offer courses that fit with your organizational needs, as no two companies have the same challenges or culture.  Hence, we design courses to compliment the pace and schedules of different teams with the company and any pre-existing programmes.

For example, we can offer:
  • An eight-week course for up to 25 people.  Each session can be either 90 minutes or two hours.
  • The eight-week course can be run fortnightly for up to 25 people.  Each session will last three hours.
  • One-to-one, eight 1 hour sessions.

Whatever format you choose, we recommend that participants undertake 10-30 minutes of home practice each day for six days of the week for the duration of the course.  We will provide handouts and audio resources to support daily home practice.
Our Silent day retreats are offered to existing participants or previous participants of our courses.
